Use Login when you already have an account and need to reach the expected sign-in route. Check the destination first, keep credentials private, and work through connection and browser checks before repeating a failed attempt.
Before you enter account details
Confirm that you are signing in rather than creating a new account. Read the address shown by your browser and make sure it is the route you intended to open. Visual similarity alone is not enough to confirm a destination. If the address is unfamiliar, stop and verify it before entering a password or one-time code.
Use a password that is unique to that account. On a shared computer or borrowed phone, avoid saving credentials in the browser and sign out when you finish. A one-time code should stay private even when someone claims it is needed to “verify” or “speed up” support.
Check common login problems in this order
- Connection: confirm that ordinary pages load reliably and that the device has finished switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
- Destination: read the address bar before entering anything sensitive.
- Browser state: reload once. If the page still looks stale or incomplete, try a private tab or another current browser.
- Typing: check caps lock, keyboard language, accidental spaces and autofill that may be inserting an old value.
- Repeated attempts: stop after several failures instead of submitting the same information again and again.
If the page opens but the account action fails
Separate a page-loading problem from an account-level problem. A message about credentials, account status, identity checks or a locked action usually needs the help route provided by the account service. A navigation page can explain general checks, but it cannot confirm an account balance, change an external password or approve an identity step.
When contacting an account service, use a route you can verify independently. Describe the error without sending passwords, one-time codes, bank passwords or card PINs.
Mobile login checks
On a phone, first make sure the browser is current and the device time is correct. Close unused tabs if memory is tight. If the page opens partially, clear only the affected site data rather than wiping everything on the device. When moving between networks, wait until the connection change is complete before submitting a form again.
When autofill causes confusion
Saved usernames and passwords can become outdated. If the browser fills a value automatically and the sign-in fails, compare the saved entry with the account you intended to use. Remove only the incorrect saved entry if necessary. Do not create a second account merely because an old autofill value fails.
Security signals worth checking
The route matches the service you intended to reach.
The browser shows a normal secure connection without certificate warnings.
Support messages should not ask you to disclose a one-time code or banking secret.
You can explain what changed between one attempt and the next.
Next best action
If you are trying to create a new account, continue to Register. If the page itself will not open, use Support to classify the problem before retrying. If the page opens normally but the account is rejected, use the verified account-help route provided by that service.
